we played a game in class on thursday and this crazy finnsih guy in our class picked choot choot kanyeshnah as the team name haha which it doesnt even really make sense
well this is my first post since wednesday so lets see..
thursday i had school until 3 and then i rushed home, did jillian, got a shower, and went to the opera.. the opera was pretty cool i guess.. it was a little long- we were there from 7-10:30 which i dont know what an opera in the US is like so i dont really have anything to compare it too.. I'd like to see what one is like i know that Tomasello's has them but actually i liked the ballets alot better than the opera.. i just didnt feel as connected with the opera but the language barrier and not knowing the story may have had something to do with it..
friday me and maria went to a cafe to get apricot pirogy (pie) but they didnt have any sweet ones sadly :( so i got a meat one with a cappachino yummm! then i went to this market behind a church on nevsky prospect and worked my bargaining skills.. cant let these vendors take advantage of little miss america :)
then friday night we went to a georgian rest. and it was delicious! we had something called hotchaporie (totally spelled wrong, even google couldnt find it)but it was almost like a quesadilla - bread with cheese inside.. and drumbroll- i TRIED LAMB! aren't you so proud of me for trying it? lol it was very good though...
after that we wanted ice cream but it was after 11 so alot of places were closed so we went to mcdonalds to get mcflurries and they have diff. flavors here.. i got chocolate and strawberry w. vanilla ice cream it was soo good! jess you prob. would love their flavors!
we got back on the metro and got off a stop early so we could walk (half way across the island) but we were bored and didnt feel like going back yet and i love walking so i dont care.. then i went home and went to sleep!
i got up this morning and i did jillian and got a shower. emily and i went to this place called cafe zoom for lunch and i got a chef's salad and the dressing was like a creamy french garlicy flavor it was so good.. and i got a non-alcoholic mohito and pina collata they were both so good!! and the prices there were pretty reasonable too
now im just killing some time before i leave for the ballet on ice.. so glad i have something to do tonight - i hate weekends here they drag! too much free time is dangerous
anyway its a beautiful day here i might just sit outside and tan in the meantime

I'm so proud of you for trying lamb!! it's my favoriteee, wish I could've tried some there yum. those mcflurrie flavors sound yummy, I wish we had strawberry ones here. I can't wait to hear about the ballet on ice, that's exciting! :) LAST WEEK!!@4$!@#trgfeds@#$ <3456
ReplyDeleteLamb & bargaining....I can't believe it. Uncle Greg is so proud. We just got back from Connecticut.....It reminded me of the time we went to Massachusetts. The softball games never seemed to end and the traffic through New York was unbelievable! Anyway glad to hear you are doing well and thanks for teaching us through your experiences.

OH SHELL!!!!!! You know what i AM THINKING JUST NOT GOING TO SAY IT OUT LOUD!!!! butttttttt i CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR ALL YOUR STORIES IN PERSON. YOUR PIC'S ARRIVED SAFETLY AND ARE STILL SEALED. I WILL BRING THEM WITH ME TO THE AIRPORT. I BET YOU ARE GETTING EXCITED TO GET THROUGH YOUR NEXT COUPLE WEEKS. haha I KNOW I AM. BALLET ON ICE?? I MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PAYING ATTENTION. ReplyDeletehEY HOW ABOUT THIS....6AM I HEAR FRANK TALKING TO SOMEONE IN MARKS ROOM AND I KNEW MARK SLEPT OVER DYLANS. yES THATS RIGHT BUDDY DECIDED TO COME INSIDE OUT OF THE RAIN WE HAD LAST NIGHT. STUNK UP MARKS ROOM. HE DID NOT WANT TO GO BACK OUT UNTIL HE SAW ME HE WENT RUNNING. I FORGOT TO TELL YOU WE LOST POWER FRIDAY NIGHT FOR 2 HOURS. I HAD JUST GOT HOME FROM THAT SHOWER AND IT WAS DARK OUT SO I BUILT MYSELF A BOND FIRE. HEHEHEHEHEHHAHHAHAHAHA IT MADE ME FEEL BETTER UNTIL THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. I WAS A LAZY BUM TODAY. WENT TO BERLIN MART IN THE MORNING AND THAN TOOK A NAP AND THAN ANOTHER NAP AND THAN LUNCH WITH GMOM AND GPOP AND MARK AND THAN ANOTHER NAP WATCHED A MOVIE AND WENT TO WALMART AND MADE MARK DINNER THAN JILLIAN. I FIGURED I BETTER DO SOMETHING SINCE THE DAY WAS ALMOST OVER. G POP TOOK YOUR CAR TO HIS HOUSE TODAY SO HE CAN CHECK IT OUT. WELL GETTING READY TO FOLD CLOTHES AND GET A SHOWER. GETTING READY TO HAPPY MONDAY. BUT THATS OK IT JUST MEANS WE ARE ONE DAY CLOSER TO BEING TOGETHER AGAIN. I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU SO MUCH.

it, it's BIG in Ireland. I have been known
